What are the T5 Fixtures and Bulb used for?

The best height for hanging these fixtures is around 6-8 inches above your plants however through growth you’ll need to increase this to around 12 inches. The bulbs are intense enough and bright enough for the plants at this distance, plus the heat will not damage your plants either.
